My wife has been wanting an EV for a long time now. We were able to get into a Chevy Blazer EV at a very reasonable price 😀 very fair trade in value for our Equinox such a smooth experience no haggling at all I simply stated what I was comfortable making the deal happen and they came in under what I wanted so it was perfect. 5 days later and still in the honeymoon phase. Employees were very nice and had our vehicle in and out of the service shop quickly. The waiting lounge and complimentary snacks and drinks were a bonus.
Looked at a used Odyssey here. Worked with Blaze and he was fantastic, him and the team spent a lot of time and were willing to bend over backwards to see if we could make the purchase work.

Casey in the service department was amazing! I had Car troubles and he let me drop off my car not soon before closing & the car was finished the next afternoon. It was great to only be without wheels for a day and he was kind enough to set up an Uber for me after I dropped my car off! Even though my car had A LOT going on, I never felt as though he was trying to upsell me or anything nefarious. 100% would recommend.

Blaize Wilkinson was the absolute best! We had dealt with a few other salesman at different places that day and he was the tops by far. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and knew which car was the one for us right away. He didn’t pressure or “threaten” us with deals, made us feel secure and answered every single question we had immediately.

Went in to test drive two different cars with our baby, we fell in love with both cars and they made it possible for us to trade in both our cars paying off almost all we owed on them and got ourselves some beautiful cars! They were also courteous on trying their best to stay in our budget. Our baby wandered and made friends with all the staff who were all so kind to him being a curious baby. Would shop their again

Blaze and Chris were great and took pretty good care of me. I reached out to the GM for assistance but he didn't reply to me, he had Sam call me to fix the problem. Sam was half of my problem. Overall a decent experience but I do believe as a manager you should make a customer your priority. If you tell someone that you'll call them back with details then follow up and do so. A customer shouldn't have to call 3 times to get an answer.

Ryan and Colby were amazing helps to help buy a new car
I have very mixed feelings about my experience at Murdock Chevrolet. On one hand, I want to give a huge shout-out to our salesperson, Colby. He was kind, personable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process of buying our truck. He gave us the time and attention we expected, and we never felt rushed by him.

Tanner, our sales associate, and Brooke, sales manager, were both so helpful and kind throughout our whole buying experience. They helped get us a good deal then went above and beyond when that car needed to be exchanged for a different car. The whole team was friendly and not pushy in the slightest. They truly just wanted to help us have the best car buying experience.
Tanner and Brooke treated us very well. Not the typical high-pressure car buying experience, and when things didn't go as planned, they were ready to help, offered proactive solutions, and got things straightened out within one business day.
